Engineered for copper/aluminum continuous casting, manufactured from 99.95% purity isostatic graphite (density≥1.78g/cm³). With thermal conductivity up to 110W/(m·K), it ensures 30% faster solidification and superior surface finish (Ra≤1.6μm). Features chrome-plated inner wall and anti-oxidation coating, operating stably at 1300°C with 3x longer service life. Customizable per ASTM C781/GB/T 3518.
